Troubleshooting Terms & Conditions:
⇒ Price is for per trip, with a maximum of 5 indoor units and 2 outdoor units.
⇒ Service is only applicable to residential units.
⇒ Service is not applicable to centralised cooling units, VRV system, or chiller Systems.
⇒ Service is not refundable nor transferable.
⇒ Indoor / outdoor accessibility height are less than 3 meters.
⇒ Service does not include top up gas, replacement or rectification of faults. A separate quote for any additional works will be given within 24hrs of the troubleshooting.
⇒ If the customer engages us for any repairs or spare part replacements after troubleshooting, the cost of troubleshooting will be covered by us.
⇒ Troubleshooting is conducted during our operation hours only.
⇒ Our service comes with a 30-day guarantee. If you encounter any recurring issues within the first 30 days, please contact us.
