- Eligibility
- a. Open to residents of Singapore only.
- b. Participants must be aged 18 and above.
- Prizes Conditions
- a. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products.
- Redemption Restriction
- a. Prizes are only applicable to residential units.
- b. Indoor accessibility must be under 3 metres in height.
- c. Prizes are only applicable to residential wall mounted units.
- d. Prizes are not applicable to centralised cooling units, VRV system, or chiller systems.

- Service-Related Limitations
- a. Services visits are limited to residential units.
- b. Service does not include repairs, spare part replacement, or gas top-ups unless otherwise stated.
- c. Steam washing services are valid only for non-leaking and functional units.
- d. Units must be in a clean and safe working environment (e.g., no major renovation, no pest infestation).
- e. Kim’s Aircon reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to weather, manpower, or technical limitations.
- Redemption Period
- a. All Prize Winners must respond within 1 week of being notified to claim their prize.
- b. Services must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance.
- c. Servicing date is subjected to booking availability.
- Disqualification
- a. Giveaway winners found to be incomplete, duplicated, or using fake accounts will be disqualified.
- b. Kim’s Aircon Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the spirit of the contest.
- c. Entries with duplicate residential addresses (i.e., same unit submitted by multiple participants) will be disqualified.
- d. Any of the terms & conditions not met as above.
- e. In the event of disqualification, a new winner will be selected at Kim’s Aircon’s discretion.
- Privacy & Consent
