General Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services: Kim’s Aircon Pte. Ltd. provides air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers.

Service Agreement: By engaging Kim’s Aircon’s services, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any additional services requested beyond the initial scope will be subject to additional charges, as agreed upon by both parties.

Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Payment Methods: Payment methods includes Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Atome, and various other payment methods accepted via our website payment gateway. Customers can also pay directly to our company via PayNow, cash, cheque, or direct bank transfer.

Goods and Services Tax: Kim’s Aircon Pte. Ltd. is a GST registered company under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap.117A) of Singapore (the “GST Act”).

Deliveries of Goods and Services: All goods & services are straightly for use in Singapore only. We do not deliver nor provide services outside of Singapore.

Quality Assurance: Kim’s Aircon is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and materials with customer satisfaction. Any issues or concerns should be reported to Kim’s Aircon promptly for assessment and resolution.

Limitation of Liability: Kim’s Aircon is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of air conditioning systems or related services. We are not responsible for damages caused by acts of nature, accidents, or negligence.

Manufacturer Warranty: All products installed by Kim’s Aircon are covered by manufacturer warranties. Any defects or malfunctions shall be reported to Kim’s Aircon promptly for assessment and resolution. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, unauthorised modifications, or failure to adhere to recommended maintenance procedures. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kim’s Aircon Pte. Ltd. and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

Modification: Kim’s Aircon Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
