What each visit covers
Regular servicing (×3)
⇒ Clean drip tray, drain pipe, and indoor unit surface.
⇒ Remove and wash indoor filters, drain pan, blower, front panel & cover.
⇒ Clean and check the indoor evaporator coil.
⇒ Flush the drainage pipe.
⇒ Check remote, thermostat, and fan speed operation.
⇒ Check refrigerant gas and air-outlet temperature (when necessary).
⇒ Flush the condensing unit (when necessary).
Steamwash servicing (×1)
⇒ High-temperature steam applied to evaporator coils to lift dirt, dust, and mould.
⇒ Steam-clean indoor fan filters, evaporator coil, and blower.
⇒ Flush the drainage pipe.
⇒ Check remote, thermostat, and fan speed operation.
⇒ Check refrigerant gas and air-outlet temperature (when necessary).
⇒ Flush the condensing unit (when necessary).

What’s included in the ECOPLUS package?
Four visits a year — three regular services and one steamwash — plus up to 4 ad-hoc troubleshooting trips, up to 10% off repairs and parts, and a performance report after each visit. New-install customers also get comprehensive coverage (gas top-up and fault rectification) during the contract.
How is ECOPLUS different from ECO (Basic)?
ECOPLUS runs on a full quarterly schedule and includes a steamwash deep clean and up to 4 troubleshooting trips. ECO (Basic) is 2 or 4 regular services with perks but no included deep clean. ECOPLUS suits hands-off, complete year-round care; Basic suits routine upkeep on a budget.
What is the steamwash visit?
It’s a chemical-free deep clean that uses high-temperature steam to clear dirt, dust, and mould from the coils, blower, and filters. You can read more on our steamwash page — with ECOPLUS, one is built into your year.
What does each regular service cover?
Cleaning the filters, drip tray, blower, panels and evaporator coil, flushing the drainage, and checking the remote, thermostat, fan, refrigerant and outlet temperature as needed.
How does the troubleshooting support work?
You get up to 4 ad-hoc troubleshooting trips during the contract year. Beyond that, you’re charged a preferred rate rather than the standard one.
What is the comprehensive coverage for new installs?
If you take ECOPLUS together with a new aircon installation, the contract also covers gas top-up and the replacement and rectification of faults during the contract period.
How long is the contract, and what about unused visits?
One year from signing, with no extension. Unused sessions are forfeited at the end of the year, so it’s best to space your visits across the contract.
Which units does it cover?
Residential wall-mounted and/or ceiling cassette units within 3 metres of access. Centralised, VRV, and chiller systems aren’t covered under this package — contact us for those, or if you have more than 6 units.
Contract Terms & Conditions
⇒ Contract duration is valid for one year from the date of signing, there shall be no extension of deadline.
⇒ Unused servicing session shall be forfeited.
⇒ Indoor / outdoor accessibility height are less than 3 meters.
⇒ Contract is only applicable to residential wall mounted and/or ceiling cassette units.
⇒ Contract is not applicable to centralised cooling units, VRV system, or chiller Systems.
⇒ Contract is not refundable nor transferable.
⇒ Contract shall be voided should the aircon be replaced during the contract period.
⇒ Servicing & troubleshooting conducted during our operation hours only. Emergency troubleshooting is chargeable.
