The ECO (Basic) package keeps your aircon serviced on a regular schedule so small issues get caught before they become breakdowns — at a package rate, with perks a one-off visit doesn’t include. Choose 2 or 4 visits a year for 1 to 6 units.

What each visit covers
⇒ Clean drip tray, drain pipe, and indoor unit surface.
⇒ Remove and wash indoor filters, drain pan, blower, front panel & cover.
⇒ Clean and check the indoor evaporator coil.
⇒ Flush the drainage pipe.
⇒ Check remote, thermostat, and fan speed operation.
⇒ Check refrigerant gas and air-outlet temperature (when necessary).
⇒ Flush the condensing unit (when necessary).

Frequently asked questions
What’s included in the ECO (Basic) package?
Two or four scheduled regular-service visits a year, a preferred rate on ad-hoc troubleshooting, up to 10% off any repairs or parts, and a performance report after each visit.
How many service visits do I get?
Either 2 or 4 per year — you choose when you sign up. The 4-visit option works out to roughly once every three months.
Should I choose 2x or 4x per year?
Go with 4 visits if your units run daily, you have pets, or the air is dusty — that’s the cadence we recommend for most homes. Two visits suit lighter or part-time use.
What does each servicing visit cover?
A full regular service: cleaning the filters, drip tray, blower, panels and evaporator coil, flushing the drainage, and checking the remote, thermostat, fan, refrigerant and outlet temperature as needed.
What do I get over booking one-off services?
A set servicing schedule so visits don’t get forgotten, plus a preferred troubleshooting rate, up to 10% off repairs and parts, and a written report after each visit. One-off bookings don’t carry those perks.
How long is the contract?
One year from the date of signing. The duration can’t be extended, so book your visits within the contract year.
What happens to unused visits?
Unused sessions are forfeited at the end of the contract year, so it’s worth scheduling them across the year rather than leaving them to the end.
Which units does it cover?
Residential wall-mounted and/or ceiling cassette units within 3 metres of access. Centralised, VRV, and chiller systems aren’t covered under this package — contact us for those, or if you have more than 6 units.
Contract Terms & Conditions
⇒ Contract duration is valid for one year from the date of signing, there shall be no extension of deadline.
⇒ Unused servicing session shall be forfeited.
⇒ Indoor / outdoor accessibility height are less than 3 meters.
⇒ Contract is only applicable to residential wall mounted and/or ceiling cassette units.
⇒ Contract is not applicable to centralised cooling units, VRV system, or chiller Systems.
⇒ Contract is not refundable nor transferable.
⇒ Contract shall be voided should the aircon be replaced during the contract period.
⇒ Servicing & troubleshooting conducted during our operation hours only. Emergency troubleshooting is chargeable.
