Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy:
⇒ Kim’s Aircon is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or service, please review our refund and returns policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Product Refunds:
⇒ Refunds are available for products or services that have not yet been delivered or performed.
⇒ Refunds are available if the order cancellation is due to unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed period of time.
⇒ There will be no refunds if products or services have already been delivered or performed.
⇒ To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of service.

Eligibility for Product Exchange:
⇒ Exchanges are available within 30 days from delivery for products that have been delivered but not yet installed.
⇒ For exchanges involving a higher-priced product, customers will pay the difference between the two products.
⇒ For exchanges involving a lower-priced product, customers will be eligible for a refund of the difference.
⇒ There will be no exchanges if products have been installed or damaged.

Product Returns for exchange or refund:
⇒ Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
⇒ A nominal fee of S$100.00 for return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
⇒ An additional fee of S$180.00 will be chargable for any damage to the orginal carton packaging.

Eligibility for Service Refunds:
⇒ Our services are non-refundable. However, we provide a service 30-day guarantee. Visit our warranty page for more info.
⇒ Customers can instead opt to reschedule appointments.

Service rescheduling Policy:
Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling a service, with a limit of two rescheduling instances.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a rescheduling fee equivalent to 10% of the total cost.
Refusal of service at the door or failure to answer the door will be regarded as a cancellation.

Refund Processing:
⇒ Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned product or confirm the service cancellation.
⇒ Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
⇒ Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Changes to Policy:
⇒ Kim’s Aircon reserves the right to amend this refund and returns policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases and services made after the posting date.
