What is included in the package:

⇒ Quarterly Maintenance Visits: Inclusive of 3 Regular Service with 1 Steamwashing Service.

⇒ Troubleshooting Support: Up to 4 additional trips of ad-hoc troubleshooting support, with preferred rate thereafter.

⇒ Discounts on Repairs and Parts: Exclusive discounts of up to 10% on any additional parts or major repairs required.

⇒ Performance Reports: Detailed reports after each maintenance visit, outlining the condition of your unit and any recommended actions.

⇒ Comprehensive Package (FOR NEW AIRCON INSTALLATION ONLY*): Includes top up gas, replacement and rectification of faults during the contract period.

What is the scope of work during servicing:

Regular Servicing (3x)

⇒ Clean drip tray, clean drain pipe and surface of indoor unit.

⇒ Remove and wash indoor filters, drain pan, blower, front panel, & cover.

⇒ Clean and check indoor evaporator coil.

⇒ Flushing of drainage pipe.

⇒ Check operation of remote controller, thermostat and fan speed.

⇒ Check refrigerant gas and air outlet temperature (When necessary).

⇒ Flushing condensing unit (When necessary).
Steamwashing Servicing (1x)⇒ Apply high-temperature steam to the evaporator coils to remove accumulated dirt, dust, and mold.⇒ Use steam to clean indoor fan filters, evaporator coil and blower.
⇒ Flushing of drainage pipe.

⇒ Check operation of remote controller, thermostat and fan speed.

⇒ Check refrigerant gas and air outlet temperature (When necessary).

⇒ Flushing condensing unit (When necessary).

Contract Terms & Conditions:

⇒ Contract duration is valid for one year from the date of signing, there shall be no extension of deadline.

⇒ Unused servicing session shall be forfeited.

⇒ Indoor / outdoor accessibility height are less than 3 meters.

⇒ Contract is only applicable to residential wall mounted and/or ceiling cassette units.

⇒ Contract is not applicable to centralised cooling units, VRV system, or chiller Systems.

⇒ Contract is not refundable nor transferable.

⇒ Contract shall be voided should the aircon be replaced during the contract period.

⇒ Servicing & troubleshooting conducted during our operation hours only. Emergency troubleshooting is chargeable.
